Meet the Founder

ANJLI PRIT-HALES

I bring together 13 years of corporate sales and marketing experience with seven years of building an organic, authentic personal brand on Instagram. By combining creativity with strategic processes, my goal is to help businesses like yours grow, connect, and thrive.

In my corporate career, I managed multimillion-dollar sales targets, launched innovative products after decades of stagnation, and developed a knack for strategic thinking. At the same time, I was growing my Instagram page, Anjli’s Lookbook (hyper link to the instagram page please), into a platform that has worked with over 300 brands -from global names like British Airways to small businesses. This dual experience gave me a unique perspective: most agencies focus on either creativity or strategy, but rarely both. ALB Consults was born to bridge that gap.

My passion extends beyond marketing. I want to foster meaningful collaborations between brands, train and mentor my team, and share insights on businesses that are leading the way in authentic social media connections.

Now, a bit about me outside of work.

I’m a stepmum, wife, sister, daughter, auntie and niece—roles that mean the world to me. I’ve traveled to 42 countries across six continents and am always planning my next adventure. I teach Bhangra, a Punjabi folk dance, and even competed with my own team during university. Fitness is another passion of mine, with a focus on weight training (when I can find the time!).

Some fun facts: I grew up in Germany, speak four languages, and hold a black belt in Taekwondo. Through Anjli’s Lookbook, I’ve shot over 25 Indian fashion campaigns abroad, blending my love for Indian culture with a flair for creating beautiful, unique content.
